Increased Hip Mobility, Decreased Back pain!
The Couch Stretch (Meat and potatoes)

I break these down into 3 positions.
1. Knee down
2. Leg up (lunge)
3. Chest up (Tall spine)
.
Towards the end I move in an out of internal and external rotation.
.
Get creative with this one!

3-4 minutes each leg -About 1 minute per position.

Move through these slowly...Enjoy
