Woman's only Brazilian Jiujitsu 

The women’s only class is great place where a beginner can start learning Brazilian Jiujitsu without the pressure that a Co-ed class can create.

 

This is a class where dedicated BJJ practitioners will help you fine-tune your Jiujitsu. You will Learn Brazilian Jiujitsu fundamentals, as well as continuing to build your knowledge of techniques. We introduce drills, positional sparring, and live rolling, so you learn how to apply the techniques you've drilled in more realistic scenario. Most importantly you will have fun and get a great workout! 

 

For women who are new to Jiu Jitsu, we provide personalized instruction in a welcoming environment.
